“Work is theatre and every business a stage.” The meaning of this sentence is important, especially in hospitality. The employee in the hospitality industry should be able to give happiness to consumers as sincere theatre when working. Most businesses require hospitality services. So work is theatre and every business a stage. It is like touching the audience with heartfelt theatre on stage. The better the actor's performance, the more valuable the stage is. Audiences also visit more the stage which has many actors who are good at the performance. That's why workers in the hospitality industry, such as Hotelier, have to work in hotels like actors who perform the best plays on stage. This can provide consumers with a special experience.

Many businesses are connected with human connection already. Just famous business example, Instagram, Facebook, Whatapp even mobile phone and so on. Definitely, all of these are related to human connection. Therefore, I think the human connection is also important business.

To give a personal example, I used to be a smoker with my girlfriend. We have been to a hotel, and the hotel celebrated our couple's anniversary and also they gave us a smoking room.

hospitality is something that gives customers a sense of happiness. It feels that their needs are met and that they are being valued.

1.
Hospitality is can be defined as giving of food, drink and sometimes accommodation to people who are not regular members of a household. Typically givers, or hosts, provide these things in their own homes, and the point is that they are sharing their own sustenance with their guests. This notion may be stretched in various directions. For example, a firm is said to provide hospitality if it gives food and drink to visitors. But the central idea of the concept remains that of sharing one's own home and provision with others.

Future managers of the hospitality industry will need a strong understanding of changing consumer needs and the ability to adapt their business in order to constantly delight the new millennial generation. In addition, innovative hospitality leaders of the future need to constantly bring new ideas to this complex, dynamic industry, with an understanding of the diverse expectations of their customers across global markets. Lastly, it is important for future managers of this industry to understand Asian consumer’s needs, as well as how to take advantage of this huge growth opportunity.

3.
In my view, a professional in the hospitality industry is a person who can truly treat customers. We can just laugh and also can smile with sincere acting. But the person whose professional hospitality worker is should be able to treat customers by smiling sincerely, not just acting. This professional hospitality will allow the hospitality industry to survive in the new era of mechanization.

My name is Jason. I’m from South Korea. My major in bachelor's degree in business. Because I had my own business in my Country. But I wanted more study here. So I came to Melbourne at this year’s January.

Related to the hospitality industry (especially, hotel) makes me interesting. I think this unit is the best place for learning about that. And also I’m learning more professional English related to this service. It makes me interesting as well.

Guest experience is how they are remembered of our hotel in their memory. Therefore, we have to make their memories lovely. And then, must make them come again with recommending to others.
