In my opinion, a delightful service means an unexpected and memorable experience delivered by the provider. It doesn't need to be expensive or noble, it can come from small things. For example, remembering a customer's name is one of the typical implements that not only makes the customer feel special but also shows them personalized care when they are your guests. Especially for the hotelier, delivering an unforgettable experience is the most important thing to engage and create customer loyalty with your service.

In a competitive market, creating a difference in customers is not only a necessary condition but also a must to develop a successful economy for the business. Therefore, working in a business is compared to performing a play in the theater. Specifically, in the hospitality industry, employees should provide a unique service and create a memorable guest experience as showing an unforgettable stage for the audience. The more impressive the performance, the more successful the business. That is the reason why the staffs have to serve the customers with good attitude and provide the most relevant services for different kinds of guests as well.

1. In my opinion, I agree with Telfer's statement that "commercial hosts may possess the virtue of hospitableness". Because this kind of job, hospitality is not a need, it is mandatory for everyone. However, hospitality is also optional virtue if he or she is not on duty as it depends on a personal characteristic. Personally, I think that each person can have their own way of expressing their kindness, kindness, compassion, and affection even when they are at work or in daily life.

2. There are many ways to prepare for a career in the hospitality industry. I think the most important factor is your passion and interest in doing the job. I think we should first start gathering basic knowledge about this field and then we should try to find a job in every type of hospitality to try to get as much experience as possible. I think both soft and hard skills are essential for an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry.

3. From my perspective, a professional in the hospitality industry is someone who has all the necessary knowledge in this field and has been trained for a long time before to complete his/her work at a high level. It will be expressed by his/her behavior in dealing with the customer and the way his/her glooming as well.

Hello everyone, my name is Ly Doan. I am from Vietnam. I graduated with a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from Hanoi Open University. While I was studying that course, I also worked at some hotels in Hanoi. After two years of working, I realized that I prefer working in a hotel rather than a bank.
However, I think the experience is not enough, I need to learn more about the theory. Therefore, I hope that after this course, I will be able to improve both soft and hard skills to work more professionally.
In my opinion, the guest experience is based on the interaction process between the two parties while they use hotel services.
