1. In my opinion, I agree with Telfer's statement that "commercial hosts may possess the virtue of hospitableness". Because this kind of job, hospitality is not a need, it is mandatory for everyone. However, hospitality is also optional virtue if he or she is not on duty as it depends on a personal characteristic. Personally, I think that each person can have their own way of expressing their kindness, kindness, compassion, and affection even when they are at work or in daily life.
2. There are many ways to prepare for a career in the hospitality industry. I think the most important factor is your passion and interest in doing the job. I think we should first start gathering basic knowledge about this field and then we should try to find a job in every type of hospitality to try to get as much experience as possible. I think both soft and hard skills are essential for an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry.
3. From my perspective, a professional in the hospitality industry is someone who has all the necessary knowledge in this field and has been trained for a long time before to complete his/her work at a high level. It will be expressed by his/her behavior in dealing with the customer and the way his/her glooming as well.
