"Work is theatre and every business a stage" it means the podcast is talking about the experiences for the customers. It shows that each individual has play a key role in creating a memorable experiences, as a staff acting as an entertainer whereas the guests or customers are our spectators and business is a stage. So the hospitality industry should create an eventful memory for each guests or customers, acknowledge the character which the guests expected to receive, from which the guests would enjoy the occasion.
