In my point of view, delightful service refers to a pleasure moment which is well-treated by service providers. To provide delightful service to the guests is to make sure that they may feel a warm welcome and special since their first arrival. It is not always about something expensive or luxurious. It sometimes can be a small thing but gold. For examples, smiling faces from all the staff obviously can satisfy the guests' feeling and also can exceed their expectation as well. As having been experienced, turning up to please the customers by grateful attitude can change their feeling immediately from exhausted to delightful moment. Thus, providing enjoyable and memorable experience is essential for every hotelier to reach the guests' demands.

1. According to Wali (2017), in people's daily life, communication is essential throughout the day regarding working places, entertainment areas, and so forth. More importantly, in the business sector, people's connection in term of customers and owners. No matter how perfect the product or service is, if the owner does not know how to connect with each other especially their customers in daily routine, their business processing would be disrupted sometimes. As have been seen, if well-communication is growing, then the connection is such a root of a business. Hence, business is also defined as how human connection is implemented and not only about selling products or services.

2. Based on Mr. Bashar's speech, Blackish is one of his favourite TV shows. Then, he was very surprised that the hotel staffs could find out something interesting about him. By this moment, it indicates about his memory he has never experienced in one among all the hotels he was staying. He mentions himself as a hotel fanatic since he always stays in different hotels on every different single day. However, after getting this memorable experience, he changes his mind not to move away from that hotel. It particularly means that Blackish moment is when knowing how to connect with people especially guests or customers on the human level by discovering something more about them. It is not totally about luxurious properties, expensive types of equipment or wine, but it is about how satisfied the people may feel during their time at our business venues. When the business owners can find such as the Blackish moment, they can sustain their business and also compete with the other too.

3. Normally, if it comes to the term of hospitality, it mostly refers to hotels and restaurants industry. In my point of view, it is more than a hotel room service or serving a plate of food in a restaurant, it is how well we relate to people around us, entertain guests or customers with goodwill. Moreover, it is about meeting an individual's expectation or making them feel valued no matter what kind of business you are in.

1. Based on Telfer's article of the Philosophy of hospitableness, it can be seen that being hospitable is as same as being a host, which simply means of giving food, drinks and sometimes accommodation. Moreover, Telfer defines being hospitable as a moral virtue, which even a private host or a commercial host should have in order to please their guests in the appropriate ways. The trait of being hospitable is optional and variable depends on times and conditions. However, it is compulsory when guests decide to spend their money on us as a commercial host (a hotel) to entertain and expect to get a memorable experience during their times, we have to prior their demand with the efforts and skill. Overall, hospitableness is the way of being out-going, generous, able to put the real effort, and so forth.

2. The hospitality industry is kind of broad. However, there are various aspects of preparing for a successful career in this industry. Firstly, mastering more experiences and further education. It means that we should enhance more ability and grab more multiple skills as much as possible. As well as, well-preparation and good time management, which also play important roles in this career pathway. We must not be panic in this role. Trying to be self-regarding hospitable and social interaction. Last but not least, understanding customers' preferences and being able to satisfy their expectation is a plus in job preparation.

3. Being a professional in the hospitality industry is the way people are being able to work and are considered in creating and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and also colleagues. Moreover, individuals who also defined as a professional must have an easy-going personality, enjoy social situations, have multiple skills which they can handle in every situations in their workplaces. Additionally, they should be flexible and able to interact with different kinds of people. Being a good decision maker also is very essential to be defined as a professional as well.

Hello everyone, my name is Nearyroth (TIN). I am from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Actually, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Education. However, I found out that I really prefer doing business than working as a teacher. Then, I decided to open my own coffee shop and I worked with it for almost three years. However, I wanted to upgrade my business and also to enhance my experience, I decided to come here to pursue my Master's degree in International Hotel Management.

Having worked in a coffee shop, I'd met a lot of people throughout the day. After learning this HGE unit, I expect to improve my knowledge of understanding customers' preferences. Moreover, this unit will provide me more technically strategies to retain loyal customers and absorb more new customers. HGE401 is one of my favorite subjects which is fruitful for everyone related to the hospitality industry.

It is very nice to have all of you here.
