1. From my point of view, human connection is definitely a business because of some reasons. First of all, a successful hotel is based on many elements, such as unique architecture, privileged location and service quality. However, understanding deeply their customers' demand and satisfying the requirements of guests are considered to be the most crucial items to create a good relationship between people and hoteliers. Therefore, the ways hoteliers treat customers will reflect one part of the potential to become a fulfilled enterprise in the future.

2. Based on Wali (2017), black-ish is an activity that staffs who work in the service industry take care of customers carefully using their products by showing the favorite programs or hobbies of clients. Hoteliers, for example, supply memorable experiences to their guests and not only make them be willing to come back to their products but also enlarge their brand to others.

3. To be honest, the core concept of hospitality is to meet the needs of customers and to make sure that they can immerse themselves in firms' services. Furthermore, hospitality is also an art industry due to their differential customers care and complaints handling. Relied on high-end service, hospitality enterprises can both expand their brand all around the world and get the achievement as soon as possible.

1. According to me, human connection is one of the most important part of a business. It can help a business flourish and become successful irrespective of the type of business. From Hospitality industry to banks, any business can be successful if human touch is involved. Guests/ Customers appreciate connections like hotel staff remembering their name or their preferences.

2. Taking an initiative and creating a special moment for the guest is a blackish moment. For Bashar, the blackish moment was when the hotel staff left a note stating the details of his favourite show and had made the effort of connecting to him on a person level.

3. According to me, hospitality is about creating an unforgettable experience and going above and beyond the expectations of a guest. Humanity matters far more than buildings and things. For example, the hotel in Tokyo where there are dinosaurs at front desk is lacking the human connection and the whole stay experience is restricted since a guest cannot interact with dinosaurs and expect something exceptional.

Many businesses are connected with human connection already. Just famous business example, Instagram, Facebook, Whatapp even mobile phone and so on. Definitely, all of these are related to human connection. Therefore, I think the human connection is also important business.

To give a personal example, I used to be a smoker with my girlfriend. We have been to a hotel, and the hotel celebrated our couple's anniversary and also they gave us a smoking room.

hospitality is something that gives customers a sense of happiness. It feels that their needs are met and that they are being valued.

1.   Is human connection a business? What do you think?
Yes, I do believe that making human connections indirectly ends up with making more business for your hotel. In the hotel industry, it is believed that we are human first and the hoteliers second. Which is the only key to the success of our industry. Even in all sorts of businesses, human connection is there. One cannot ignore human connections if he wants to survive in this industry.  In addition, when talking about the hospitality industry it is all humans. If you know how to deal with different emotions and personalities then this industry is for you. It is a human nature that when you acknowledge a guest you are making him feel special. Therefore, if you are recognizing a guest who is coming for the second time and you are providing him with all those needs and things that he had on his last stay, it means you are creating business indirectly. As when a guest will realize that you remembered his needs and are putting all your efforts to make his stay comfortable then he will definitely would love to stay longer with you and even he will certainly love coming to you again and again. Therefore, in this way you have made profit for your hotel.

2.   What’s an example of a Black-ish moment?
The blackish moment is putting an extra effort beyond castes and colors to make someone happy and to make someone’s day special through some extra efforts.

3.    What is your personal interpretation of the concept of hospitality?
Hospitality means being hospitable to the guests, you are dealing with. To me humanity comes above all. We all are humans and we all want to be recognized, loved, respected  and welcomed by someone at all the stages of our lives. Therefore, whenever a person steps in a hotel he expect all these emotions to be fulfilled, because hospitality covers all these characteristics. When you are identifying a guest or when you are putting all the efforts to make someone’s stay memorable you are doing hospitality.

1)As Mr. Bashar Wali states that human connection is a business, I agree that humans are meant to be socially active and a few automated machines won’t solve all the problems. A human touch is required to be felt welcomed and to know that someone is there to hear what you want to say.
For example, Air BNB is successfully running an accommodation business without involving human interaction but again you won’t find a touch of a personalized note or some special amenities in your room.

2)In the video, the Black-ish movement is described as something done specially for you, taking that extra effort and time to know you and surprise you or fulfilling your request when you probably would have forgotten about it.

3)Hospitality for me is making someone feel welcomed. It isn’t, at any given point of time, not necessarily related to food and accommodation, but in general.
If we give an example of troubleshooting a problem while shopping and the retail shop manager is at your service, trying to make you feel comfortable and at ease, then that itself is a kind of hospitality. When someone makes an effort to hear you out, to analyze and find solutions to your problems alongside helping you out, it is hospitality.

1. Human resources are considered as the foundation for every business development’s stages. In my opinion, the infrastructure can be seen as the frame while the human connection is like a picture. Rather, people's relations create the motivation to maintain and develop other sections within-firm operation. Especially, this connection presents clearly in the hotel industry where the hotel brands are run based on human emotion.

2. According to Baskar, a Black-ish moment generates when the suppliers create unique and experiences for their customers after finding a way to understanding the reasons for their decision making, their demand, and hobbies.

3. Besides accomplish the consumer’s desire to be served with high quality, hospitality is the way the staff responds to customers' requirements in a positive and efficient way. Personalizing the service to make sure they have adequately unique experiences the customers will receive is the core value of hospitality.

1. I believe that human connection is business. To be specific, the art of a successful business is truly about building and leveraging the human connection. It is essential to listen and understand customers need from their perspectives. Subsequently, Be genuine in your effort to resolve their issues in order to achieve the business goals.

2. According to Wali (2017), Blash-ish moment refers to the event when personalised service is provided to stimulate meaningful memory especially, he was truly immersed when the hotel surprised him by his favourite show.

3. Personally, the idea of hospitality is about the quality of treating guests with a warm, friendly and generous way. Hospitality is directly linked to achieving customers satisfaction by ensuring whoever visits should feel welcomed and comfortable.

1. In my views human connection is not a business because people makes connections with emotions and by doing the things which makes other persona happy. Humans are not a machine which only think about their profits but also think about other persons happiness by doing unexpected things.

2. In this case, most of the hotels trying to provide their best facilities to their guest but does not think about that what guest needs the most “friendly environment”.

3. According to my interpretation, always gives the guest the feeling that they are not away from their home, always put them a situation which they enjoy the most in their own comfort zone which makes them happy. Let them enjoy their small journey.

1.     Is human connection a business? What do you think?
In my opinion, human connection is a business. I believe that human connection is the same important as hotel’s infrastructure. People would get used to staying in a five-star hotel and fancy infrastructure of hotel. However, giving human connection for customers could impress them for a long time.

2.     What’s an example of a Black-ish moment?
In this situation, the customer can felt that they had been concerned. The hotelier provided the personalized service, which most customers appreciate it and want it. This is an excellent example of human connection in the hotel business.

3. What is your personal interpretation of the concept of hospitality?
In my view, hospitality is not only giving customers what they need but also providing unexpected service for them. To make customers have an unforgettable memory.
